  • Date to pick up your marriage license (not needed for vow renewals)
  • Hotel name or accommodation address
  • Guest count

Timeline for your day:
  • Important times and a reminder to be early
  • Hair and makeup time (if applicable) 
  • Limo arrival time (if applicable)

Additional information:
  • Your team will meet you at the ceremony location.
  • Do you have a bridal party? 
  • Will you do a first look?
  • The ceremony takes 15-20 minutes and consists of an opening, vows (personal or repeated), the ring exchange, lei exchange, sand ceremony, and pronouncement.
  • Your photo/video team will lead you after your ceremony to include group shots and a romantic shoot with the two of you.
  • Your ceremony team will go over everything at your ceremony location, so please do not stress the small stuff :)
