Photographers are scheduled based on their availability. As our process allows photographers maximum flexibility, their bookings with us may be rearranged to accommodate their personal schedules.
The Gardenia and Maile Packages include the photographer's time and ten digital images for download, with the option to add the Full Digital Gallery Download.
The Lehua, Royal Ilima, Monarch Elite, and Kalani Ilima Packages include the Full Digital Gallery Download. The Royal Ilima, Monarch Elite, and Kalani Ilima include a two-location photoshoot for even more variety!

HOW DOES THE PACKAGE PHOTOGRAPHY WORK?
If you are interested in securing a specific photographer from our seasoned team for your ceremony, we'd be happy to help you explore the option!
After you review the photographers' portfolios, let us know who you are interested in, and we will check their availability. If they confirm, you'll be invoiced for the non-refundable deposit for your date, time, and location(s).
The Gardenia and Maile Packages will need to add the Full Digital Gallery Download in addition to the photographer's request fee. The Lehua, Royal Ilima, Monarch Elite, and Kalani Ilima Packages already include the Full Digital Gallery Download, so the photographer's request fee is the only additional cost. Pricing varies based on the package ($725-$950).

PHOTOGRAPHY add-on: Photographer request
2-5 weeks after the event you will receive an email link providing access to your personalized photo gallery. The gallery will provide you access to download the high-resolution digital images from the event. All images must be downloaded within 30 days of receiving the email link as the gallery is no longer available after this date. The high-resolution digital images come with a non-commercial print release. The photobook included in the package will arrive within 30 days. The couple is welcome to select the images for the book or allow the photographer to have creative control over the layout. If the couple decides to choose the images, this may delay the delivery of the book.
Monarch & Kalani Ilima Packages
2-5 weeks after the event you will receive an email link providing access to your personalized photo gallery. The gallery will provide you access to download the high-resolution digital images and choose the printed images included in your package. Printed photo orders and digital image downloads must be made within 30 days of receiving the email link as the gallery is no longer available after this date. No credit or compensation is given for photo orders that are not completed within this timeframe. The high-resolution digital images come with a non-commercial print release.
Lehua and Royal Ilima Packages
2-5 weeks after the event you will receive an email link providing access to your personalized photo gallery. The gallery will provide you access to download the images (if purchased) and choose the printed images included in your package. Printed photo orders and digital image purchases must be made within 30 days of receiving the email link as the gallery is no longer available after this date. No credit or compensation is given for photo orders that are not completed within this timeframe. All couples are responsible for shipping fees associated with their desired delivery location. The high-resolution digital images come with a non-commercial print release.
Gardenia and Maile Packages

- Journalistic "walking on the beach"
- Wedding party/group or family photos
Additional photo time may be required for groups over 30. You may order additional photography by the hour if you wish to have photographs taken at a second location, pre-bridal shoot or reception.
